If you have a high-deductible health insurance plan (HDHP), we understand the importance of planning ahead for medical costs not covered – and many HDHPs only cover preventive care.

That’s why the physicians of Premier Surgical Associates in Knoxville, TN have developed Premier Surgical Packages that include the surgeon, facility, and anesthesia charges in one affordable, packaged cash price for self-pay patients. With our Premier Surgical Packages, you’ll know the cost upfront. No sticker shock!
What does it cover?
We currently offer Premier Surgical Packages for many common procedures, like gallbladder or hernia surgery, and varicose vein treatment.
How does it work?
Package pricing applies only to outpatient procedures at Premier Surgery Center on Papermill Drive in Knoxville. All premier package prices include facility and surgeon fees, anesthesia, supplies, and appointments before and after surgery.

- Indicate on the form what type of procedure you’re interested in.
- Select a Premier Surgical surgeon from the dropdown. You can learn more about each surgeon and which procedures they perform on Our Surgeons page.
- To see a list and prices for available Surgery Centers procedures, visit the Procedures page. You can also Schedule an appointment from the Procedures page.
- You will be asked to answer a few health questions before you finally Submit your appointment request. Our office will call you to schedule a consultation with a surgeon within 2 business days
Please note: not everyone will qualify for a same-day procedure at the Premier Surgery Center. If your health and the complexity of the procedure warrant, the surgeon may recommend a hospital setting for your surgery. We will assist you in coordinating care with a hospital facility.

Premier Surgical accepts cash, major credit cards, and cashier’s checks for Premier Surgical Packages.
We also partner with NALUpay for patients who wish to finance their surgical package.
Please note that our package pricing applies only to outpatient procedures at a Premier Surgical office or at our Premier Surgical Surgery Center located at 6408 Papermill Drive in Knoxville, TN. If you have bi-lateral or multiple procedures during the same surgery, the price may be higher.
