Expanded Premier Surgery Center Opens

Premier Surgical physicians, staff and Covenant Health officials celebrate the re-opening of the expanded Premier Surgery Center in Knoxville. The facility features three operating suites, a new family waiting room and patient check-in office, a new sterile processing chamber, as well as an eight-bed pre and post-operative patient holding area.
The Center is a joint venture between Premier Surgical Associates and Covenant Health. The facility is licensed as an Ambulatory Surgical Treatment Center through the state of Tennessee. It is conveniently located off Interstate 40 on Papermill Drive.
The board-certified surgeons of Premier Surgical perform same-day procedures including as hernia repair, gallbladder surgery, hemorrhoidectomy, and port placement, as well as a variety of breast and body plastic surgery procedures.
