We Now Accept Insurance at Premier Surgery Center
Premier Surgery Center in Knoxville is now in-network with the majority of the insurance carriers in the East Tennessee area. If you’re having a procedure performed at Premier Surgery Center, we suggest that you call your insurance company to verify that our surgeon is a participating provider under your health coverage. You should be able to locate the contact information of your plan’s customer service on your insurance card.
What we need from you
We will need a copy of your current insurance card(s) and information regarding your co-pay, deductible, and co-insurance. If there are any changes with any of your information and insurance policy, please notify us.
Filing for the insurance
Premier Surgery Center will file the insurance for you. We follow up with your insurance company for sixty (60) days. Once 60 days have elapsed, you will be responsible for the remaining balance.
Deductibles and co-pays
Deductibles, co-pays, and co-insurance are due a week before your scheduled procedure at Premier Surgery Center.
Please note that most insurance companies don’t pay the full allowed amount. In such instances, you will be responsible for paying the balance.
