The physicians of Premier Surgical Associates have been providing excellent surgical care for patients in Knoxville and East Tennessee for more than 25 years. Our skilled surgeons are board-certified and fellowship trained and experienced in a variety of general, vascular, bariatric, surgical oncology and plastic surgery procedures. All patients must have a consultation with a Premier Surgical Surgeon before your procedure can be scheduled at the Surgery Center.
We are pleased to offer patients excellent affordable, same-day surgical care through the Premier Surgery Center. Our friendly staff are dedicated to providing an outstanding experience that includes easier access, a more comfortable and recovery, and less paperwork and stress than a comparable hospital surgery.
Premier Surgery Center is licensed as an Ambulatory Surgical Treatment Center through the State of Tennessee and credentialed by the American Association of Accreditation of Ambulatory Surgery Facilities. The Surgery Center is a state-of-the art outpatient facility that is conveniently located on Papermill Drive just off Interstate 40.

Cash-pay Surgery Packages
For patients with a high deductible or no insurance coverage, our physicians have developed all-inclusive Premier Surgery Packages to provide patients excellent surgical care at one affordable cash price.
Our Surgery Package patients can avoid the “sticker shock” of receiving multiple bills after their procedure. Your package includes everything involved in your surgery and care. You know the total cost upfront, with no surprises or hidden fees.
It’s a new approach to surgical care, one we believe many cost-conscious patients will appreciate and prefer.
Please note: Not everyone will qualify for outpatient surgery at Premier Surgery Center. If, based on the surgeon’s evaluation, a hospital setting is required, we will assist the patient in coordinating with a hospital facility.
