Premier Surgery Center is In-Network with most insurance carriers in East Tennessee. Please confirm with your insurance company that our surgeon is a participating provider with your health plan. You should also check about any pre-admission or pre-certification items they may require. Any co-pays, deductibles or co-insurance must be paid before your day of surgery. Premier Surgery Center accepts cash, check, money orders and credit cards. We also offer the option to pay your bill online.

Financing Your Surgery
If you are paying for your procedure with cash, payment in full is required before the day of surgery. Premier Surgical Surgery Center accepts cash, major credit cards, and cashier’s checks as payment for Cash Pay Surgery Package procedures.
